About the Role

A pivotal role within each client EAP program team, the role of Associate Programme Manager supports the Programme Manager, Programme Director, and wider cross-functional team with all aspects of the day-to-day functioning of the EAP program.

The Assistant Programme Manager will be a key point of contact for clients on a day-to-day basis and will interact regularly with the cross-functional team to ensure all program metrics remain on track.

This role provides opportunities to learn the fundamentals of EAP program management for individuals looking to progress into a Programme Management role or develop their careers within the wider Uniphar Pharma business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintaining and updating project plans and ensuring the program is running to time and schedule.
  • Undertaking all aspects of client onboarding administration, liaising with colleagues in quality, finance, and legal to ensure all activities are in place prior to program go live.
  • Competent with Microsoft Office and able to easily navigate PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • A desire to build a career within the pharmaceutical industry and a keenness to learn the basis of the interesting yet sometimes complex world of Expanded Access.
  • Must be able to undertake reasonable levels of travel to satisfy internal and client requirements.
