Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and maintaining high standards of customer service.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Drive sales growth and profitability through effective inventory management, visual merchandising, and promotional activities.
  • Ensure the store is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and security.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement business plans, targets, and initiatives to drive store performance.
  • Monitor and control store expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Assistant Manager or Team Lead in a retail environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business or related field preferred.
