Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our ESCA Development team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide critical support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our programs and projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the ESCA CPD program, including coordination of course materials, training attendance, and quality assurance.
  • Prepare and present reports to illustrate training uptake and quarterly returns.
  • Arrange training dates for Course Leaders, ensuring resources are available, including information and tutor packs.
  • Collate Quality Assurance and Training Transfer evaluation and impact information to produce summary and progress reports.
  • Support the ESCA Workforce Development Leads in Quadrant engagement and deliver the ESCA library locally.
  • Arrange events to ensure professional delivery of lectures, workshops, and conferences in support of the development of the Social Care workforce.
  • Provide general administration support, including file management, meeting room bookings, diary management, and minute meetings.
  • Responsible for financial monitoring and budgetary updates of projects and programs, ensuring compliance with ECC policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Experience working in an administration role in a large, complex organization.
  • Experience using MS Office and other IT systems.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work on own initiative.
  • Ability to work in an agile environment, learning and developing, being flexible, and adapting to changing demands.
