Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dangerous Goods Air Export Specialist to join our team at Willis Global Ltd. As a key member of our air freight export operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of air freight forwarding export operations, including documentation, administration, and coordination.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Handling air export freight forwarding operations from start to finish
  • Arrange collection/bookings/cutting AWB's/customs declarations etc.
  • Communicate effectively with shippers, overseas agents, and airlines
  • General customer service, providing shipment updates etc.
  • Book transportation
  • Provide and deliver full airline references details on MAWB's
  • Ensure post-flights are done the next working day
  • Ensure accruals are loaded and files invoiced out
  • Complete housekeeping duties on a fair allocated basis
  • Manage emails and general office duties

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in air freight export operations - dealing with operations from start to finish
  • Dangerous Goods Certified
  • Must have 5 years of continuous residency and work history in the UK
