We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our team of HR Assistants in a 6-month fixed-term contract. As a result of our current HR Manager being assigned to a project, this is an exciting opportunity to join our friendly and enthusiastic HR team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will report to the Director of Human Resources and will be responsible for managing a Senior HR Assistant and 3 HR Assistants. Our team's vision is to provide an efficient, professional, and customer-focused HR Service, supporting the Group in attracting, recruiting, developing, and retaining the best talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage HR operational processes
  • Lead a team of HR Assistants
  • Provide HR support to the Group
Requirements

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and hardworking individual with experience of managing HR operational processes. The ideal candidate will have HR experience working in education with an in-depth knowledge of carrying out safer recruitment employment checks in an educational or other public sector organisation.

  • 40 days annual leave entitlement (including bank holidays) pro-rata for the 6m. Christmas is shut down so 7 days required to be taken then.
