Position: Sales Associate

Reporting To: Store Manager

Employment Type: Permanent, Full Time

Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience

Working Schedule: 5 days a week, including weekends, with a total of 37.5 hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist customers, ensuring a friendly and memorable shopping experience.
  • Provide outstanding customer service consistently, whether in person, over the phone, or via email.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of our product offerings to assist customers effectively.
  • Deliver accurate information regarding sales and customer service inquiries.
  • Exhibit professionalism in all interactions with customers and team members.
  • Utilize client management systems to schedule appointments and manage client interactions.
  • Process client orders and ensure accuracy in lens and frame specifications.
  • Advise customers on necessary adjustments or repairs to their eyewear.
  • Verify that delivered lenses meet quality standards.
  • Handle stock deliveries and ensure proper inventory management.
  • Conduct transactions securely and responsibly.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Collaborate with the team to create visually appealing displays in accordance with merchandising guidelines.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.
  • Assist in inventory management and stocktaking.
  • Contribute to loss prevention efforts through attentive store management.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for customers and staff.
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as needed.
