About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Brand Account Manager to join our team at EssilorLuxottica. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering targeted sales for our luxury eyewear brands and territories.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Sales Growth: Guarantee sales in your assigned area or clients/products by delivering individual targeted sales volumes, values, return rates, and brand distribution and penetration objectives.
  • Build Customer Relationships: Develop business by building relations with customers and visiting them periodically to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Effective Territory Coverage: Ensure frequency of visits and a consistent level of service for all customers in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Customer Recommendation: Ensure effective brand, product, and visual merchandising training for your customers' sales and/or dispensing staff to drive customer recommendation.
  • Product Management: Keep product range at clients' outlets, quality and quantity of stock and store supplies under control, and ensure timely order input and execution.
  • Client Support: Identify and resolve client concerns related to EssilorLuxottica products and services.
  • Commercial Policy: Guarantee respect and correct deployment of commercial policy.
Requirements
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen and understanding of the eyewear industry.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Apple iPad and PC skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Customer Service Experience: Demonstrable customer service and selling experience, ideally in a field sales environment.
  • Education: Preferably, a bachelor's degree.
