About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Cleaning Operative to join our team at Johnsons 1871 Ltd. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of our office space, including the conference and meeting room areas.

Your primary focus will be on providing a high-quality cleaning service that meets the needs of our clients and colleagues. This will involve a methodical approach to cleaning, working efficiently and thoroughly to ensure all areas are clean and tidy.

You will also be required to work independently and lead a team, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A positive and approachable manner is essential, as you will be interacting with colleagues and clients on a regular basis.

We are looking for someone who is adaptable, able to work well under pressure, and is committed to delivering high-quality work. If you have a passion for cleaning and a desire to work in a dynamic and supportive team, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a high-quality cleaning service to our office space, including the conference and meeting room areas.
  • Work independently and lead a team, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Adhere to all health and safety protocols, including COSHH regulations.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Perform additional duties as required, in line with your capabilities and the needs of the business.
Requirements
