Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cleaning Operative 4pm to join our team at a prestigious client based in Stafford. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the cleaning and infection control requirements of the office welfare conference and meeting room space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a methodical approach to cleaning that is organized, efficient, and thorough.
  • Work independently and lead a team to achieve cleaning objectives.
  • Utilize excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with colleagues and clients.
  • Maintain a positive and approachable demeanor at all times.
  • Ensure good numeracy and literacy skills to complete administrative tasks.
  • Perform physical tasks that require standing for long periods, lifting, reaching, and bending.
  • Adapt to changing situations and be willing to adopt new processes and ideas.
  • Deliver high-quality work and work unsupervised.
  • Comply with Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) regulations.
  • Possess a British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICs) Licence to Practice or BICs skills training (desirable).
  • Demonstrate a commitment to working within Johnsons 1871 Ltd's Core Values.
  • Attend and participate in training courses.
  • Undertake additional duties as required.
  • Liaise and support colleagues to create flexible working relationships.
