Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our team at ETS Consulting Ltd. The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical or mechanical engineering and experience working in a high-speed automated environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Carry out planned and preventative maintenance schedules on production equipment, including flow wrappers, labelling machines, packaging, conveyor systems, and processing machinery.
- Diagnose and repair faults on a variety of production equipment, including motors, drives, and automated machinery.
- Work collaboratively with the production team to ensure minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal equipment performance and extend equipment lifespan.
- Apprentice-trained engineer in electrical or mechanical engineering.
- Experience working with PLC systems, automated machinery, and PPM systems.
- Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical principles, including circuits, motors, and drives.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A competitive salary of £50,000 to £53,000.
