Job Introduction

We're currently recruiting for a Grade 4 Network Planner to join our team at our Withybush depot. As a Planner, you'll design our network and work with our Engineers to construct, reinforce, alter, and replace our equipment. You'll need to be organized, resilient, and able to prioritize your workload.

To succeed in this role, you'll need English and Maths GCSE at Grade C/Level 4 minimum or Functional Skills Level 2 or above. You'll also need to be mobile throughout the area and have a full valid driving licence.

Main Responsibilities

As a Network Planner, you'll be responsible for project design, costing, and quoting, as well as the replacement, diversion, or reinforcement of existing electricity network assets. Your key tasks will include:

  • Planning, preparing, and delivering new services or alterations
  • Gaining Wayleaves & Easements for NGED assets
  • Managing Enquiries
  • Communicating with customers effectively and resolving complaints

Ideal Candidate

We're looking for someone who understands our customers and their needs, with strong communication skills and the ability to solve problems and explain issues simply and clearly. You'll need to be a team player, with experience using iPads and computers, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
