Job Introduction

We're currently seeking a Grade 4 Network Planner to join our team at our Withybush, Pembrokeshire depot. As a Network Planner, you'll play a crucial role in designing our network and working with our Engineers to construct, reinforce, alter, and replace our equipment.

Main Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver new services, alterations, and small capital projects.
• Gain Wayleaves & Easements for NGED assets.
• Manage Enquiries.
• Communicate with customers effectively, manage expectations, and resolve complaints.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess strong communication skills, be resilient, organized, and able to prioritize your workload. You'll also need to be mobile throughout the area and have a full valid driving license.
