Job Introduction

We are currently recruiting for a Grade 4 Network Planner to join our team at our Withybush depot. As a Network Planner, you will design our network and work with our Engineers to construct, reinforce, alter, and replace our equipment.

Main Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver new services, alterations, and small capital projects.
• Gain Wayleaves & Easements for Western Power Distribution assets.
• Manage Enquiries.
• Communicate with customers effectively, manage expectations, and resolve complaints.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong communication skills, be resilient, organized, and able to prioritize your workload. Experience using iPads and computers is essential, and you will need to be mobile throughout the area as you may be required to undertake standby duties.

Training and Development

You will be required to undertake a Level 2 City & Guilds 2339 qualification and complete TAR, which includes daily diary completion and a number of tasks and reports as required.

Security Clearance

This role is subject to a satisfactory Barring Service check, depending on the role, different levels of screening and vetting are required.
