Role Overview
We are implementing the HMPPS Creating Future Opportunities (CFO) programme across various regions. We are seeking candidates for the position of CFO Hub Support Worker. In this capacity, you will manage a caseload of participants, providing essential support and guidance at various locations, including community hubs and activity centers. Your role will involve facilitating participant engagement in activities that help them navigate barriers to successful reintegration, ultimately leading to sustainable employment, education, or training opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse caseload of participants, ensuring they receive tailored support.
- Engage with external partners to enhance participant support and progression pathways.
- Establish and maintain strong collaborative relationships with various support services.
- Monitor participant progress against established targets and key performance indicators.
- Demonstrate excellent organizational skills to manage caseloads effectively.
Candidate Requirements
We are looking for individuals who possess:
- Proven experience in motivating and assisting individuals with complex needs.
- Experience collaborating with external stakeholders to provide comprehensive support.
- Strong relationship-building skills to ensure holistic participant assistance.
- A track record of achieving targets and effectively reporting on progress.
- Exceptional time management skills and the ability to work independently.
