About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Site Facilities Manager to join our team in the Oxfordshire area. As a Site Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for the overall site services, including the allocation, inspection, and monitoring of contracted building works and remedials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and direct external building contractors to ensure that works are carried out on time, within budget, and with minimal disruption to the school and wider business.
  • Ensure that the school and site security systems remain in excellent working order on a 24/7 operation.
  • Assure strict Health and Safety Regulations, including Fire and Evacuation, Asbestos, and Legionella checks, Security System Testing, assessment, and investigation, site access routes, and site vehicle checks.
  • Arrange internal decoration and site repair works, ensuring the best price versus budget allowances, timescales match those of the school, and a high standard of work is consistently maintained.
  • Report to the Regional Estates Manager, attending regular meetings, and providing reports and improvement logs detailing all works and possible concerns.
  • Undertake physical lifting, stretching, and bending, as well as light internal maintenance and remedial work to fixtures and fittings.
  • Work in adverse weather conditions, dressing accordingly as indicated by the different seasons.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in a similar role or within an Estate Management post.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
