Key Responsibilities
  • Support and care for children with complex needs, including those with severe autism and ADHD.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to promote the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our residents.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care and support.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture that values diversity and promotes a sense of community.
Requirements
  • Level 3 NVQ in Children's Residential Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Enhanced DBS check or willingness to undergo one.
  • Experience working with children with disabilities and complex needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly and respond to changing situations.
