We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Night Shift Caregiver to join our team at SuperCare Residential. As a Night Coach for children with disabilities, you will play a vital role in providing a safe and supportive environment for our young residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and care for children with complex needs, including those with severe autism and ADHD.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to promote independence and well-being.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care and support.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting a sense of community and belonging.
Requirements
  • Level 3 NVQ in Children's Residential Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Enhanced DBS check or willingness to undergo one.
  • Experience working with children with disabilities, particularly those with complex needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including night shifts and weekends.
