About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Delegate Support Coordinator to join our team at the Volkswagen National Learning Centre in Milton Keynes. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our investor network, ensuring seamless support and coordination of delegate activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level customer service to the investor network via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Manage and coordinate delegate activities, including training bookings, no-shows, and cancellations.
  • Support the Network Engagement Team Manager in executing the varied and numerous tasks required of the delegate Support function.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, ensuring compliance with VWG UK Audit Standards.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve required KPIs, driving team performance and continuous improvement.
About You
  • Automotive retail experience is desirable, but not essential.
  • Strong administrative background, with experience in coordinating workload for a team.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality support to our investor network.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a logical and methodical approach to resolving issues.
