About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and charismatic Sales Team Member to join our dynamic team at Gymbox. As a Sales Team Member, you will be responsible for recruiting new members to our gyms with integrity, honesty, and a sprinkle of charm.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit new members to Gymbox with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our members.
- Think commercially and strive to meet and exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth for the company.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services, showcasing our unique selling points to potential customers.
- Manage administrative tasks, including lead generation, member onboarding, and customer support, to ensure seamless member experiences.
- Contribute to the overall success of our gyms by assisting with operational tasks, such as reception duties and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
- Represent Gymbox as an ambassador, embodying our brand values and promoting our services to the wider community.
Requirements
- No prior sales experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed in this role.
- Persuasive communication skills, focus, agile thinking, and a positive attitude are essential for success in this position.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends, with occasional early shifts.
What We Offer
- A competitive starting salary of £27,000.00 per year, plus the opportunity for monthly bonus and commission.
- OTE: £32,000 - £45,000 per year.
