THE TEAM

In collaboration with the Head Chef, you will craft a diverse, homemade menu for our internal staff café, as well as cater for fine dining corporate events and internal hospitality needs.

As part of a compact kitchen brigade, you will possess the ability to work harmoniously with the front-of-house team, ensuring seamless service.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

You will collaborate within a vibrant team to deliver five-star quality café, hospitality, and fine dining experiences to our clients.

  • Assist the Head Chef in menu creation, recipe development, and dish innovation.
  • Support individuals with learning disabilities in acquiring and enhancing culinary skills.
  • Facilitate effective communication between the kitchen and front-of-house teams.
  • Contribute to health and safety management within the kitchen.
  • Help maintain food hygiene standards and practices.
  • Participate in kitchen setup and closure processes.
  • Assist with inventory management, including ordering and stocktaking.

You should have a minimum of one year of experience at the Chef de Partie level, preferably in a fine dining environment.

Flexibility to alternate between fine dining cuisine and contemporary café trends is desirable.
