Due to ongoing expansion, a reputable engineering contracts coordination firm is seeking an Office Coordinator to enhance their team.
As part of a collaborative group of four, within a larger team of 18, you will thrive in a supportive and team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Serve as a primary point of contact for order processing alongside colleagues.
2. Assist engineers via app or email in placing orders for necessary parts and components.
3. Manage engineers' expectations regarding product delivery timelines.
4. Accurately input order information and maintain ongoing communication.
5. Handle email correspondence with engineers and contract providers.
6. Collaborate with the broader team to ensure seamless contract operations.
The ideal candidate will possess strong IT skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail. Previous experience in a contracts administration, customer service, or administrative role is essential.
With a supportive team leader and operations manager, comprehensive training will be provided to ensure your success in this role.
