  • Contractor Liaison: You will serve as the primary point of contact for our contractors, handling day-to-day queries and providing timely resolutions to ensure seamless engagement.
  • Team Collaboration: You will work closely with recruiters, clients, partners, finance, assignment support, and payroll to ensure smooth operations and identify process improvements.
  • Payment Problem Solving: You will be responsible for resolving payment-related issues quickly and efficiently, ensuring contractor satisfaction and maintaining a positive reputation for NES Fircroft.
  • Communication: You will possess excellent communication skills, able to effectively communicate with contractors, recruiters, and internal stakeholders to ensure clear understanding and resolution of issues.
  • Process Improvement: You will have a keen eye for spotting inefficiencies and will work to implement process improvements to enhance the overall contractor experience.
  • Service-Oriented: You will provide exceptional service to our contractors, clients, and internal stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty to NES Fircroft.
