Job Summary

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Supervisor to lead and manage a team of mental health professionals. The successful candidate will have a strong background in child and adolescent mental health and will be responsible for providing clinical supervision, guidance, and support to team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical supervision and guidance to team members to ensure high-quality care and treatment for children and young people with mental health needs.
  • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure best practice and compliance with Trust policies and procedures.
  • Lead and manage a team of mental health professionals to achieve high-quality outcomes and meet performance targets.
  • Collaborate with other teams and services to ensure seamless care and treatment for children and young people.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of service improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of care and treatment.
Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • A strong background in child and adolescent mental health with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a clinical leadership role.
  • Excellent clinical and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, managers, and external partners.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team to achieve high-quality outcomes.
  • Knowledge of Trust policies and procedures and ability to apply them in a clinical leadership role.
