Clinical Lead for Learning Disabilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead to join our team at Thornbury Community Services. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing a caseload of services across your allocated region, ensuring that our clients receive world-class care.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess, plan, implement, and review services to ensure that care plans, risk assessments, and protocols are in place and up to date.
- Train, coach, and develop staff teams to ensure consistency, structure, and commitment to our clients and families.
- Work effectively with families, operations, recruitment, and compliance teams to safeguard clients and staff and to enable clients to have the best opportunity to live a fulfilling and rewarding life.
- RNLD or RMN registration, band 6 or equivalent.
- Experience in working with people who present with behaviours that challenge.
- Resilience, ability to work independently, and excellent time management skills.
- Driver's license with access to a vehicle.
Salary: £42,000-£45,000 DOE + 5% annual bonus + £3,000 car allowance
Location: Field-based role with frequent travel across York, Leeds, Bradford, and surrounding areas
Job Type: Permanent, Full Time Monday-Friday
