Job Title: Clinical Lead for Learning Disability and Mental Health Services

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Lead to join our team at Thornbury Community Services. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing a caseload of services across your allocated region, ensuring that our clients receive world-class care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, plan, implement, and review services to ensure that care plans, risk assessments, and protocols are in place and up-to-date.
  • Train, coach, and develop staff teams to ensure consistency, structure, and commitment to our clients and families.
  • Work effectively with families, operations, recruitment, and compliance teams to safeguard clients and staff and enable clients to have the best opportunity to live a fulfilling and rewarding life.

Requirements:

  • RNLD or RMN registration, band 6 or equivalent.
  • Experience in working with people who present with behaviors that challenge.
  • Resilience and ability to work independently with excellent time management skills to manage your own caseload.
  • Driver's license with access to a vehicle.
