Nursing Team Lead

As a Charge Nurse at Elysium Healthcare, you will play a vital role in leading and coordinating the quality and management of nursing care and delivering clinical services in our mental health setting. With a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration, you will oversee and provide high-quality care and support to our service users, while promoting good teamwork and effective communication among your team and colleagues.
Key responsibilities include delegating nursing tasks to Nurses working in the unit, coordinating with other teams, monitoring service users' conditions, and responding to changes. You will also supervise other members within the team's unit, provide guidance and support, and make critical decisions regarding service user assignments, staff scheduling, and resource allocation.
As a Charge Nurse, you will be a liaison between nursing staff and other healthcare professionals, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. You will also have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills and contribute to the growth and development of our team.
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual with a relevant nursing qualification, NMC registration, and a proven track record of leadership skills.
