  • Proactively liaise with managers, HODs, and directors to obtain employee compliance documentation.
  • Perform other reasonable tasks as required by the HR Advisor or Head of Human Resources.
Requirements
  • Basic understanding of Employment Law.
  • Educated to GCSE level with Grades C and above in Maths and English (or equivalent).
  • A minimum of 12 months' experience in a previous HR role.
  • Recruitment experience (desirable).
  • Qualified in HR Assistant/Support Level 3 (desirable).
  • CIPD Registered (desirable).
