About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Systems Engineer to join our team at Hiredonline Consultancy Ltd. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and services to our clients across the North West and UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 2nd to 3rd line hardware, software, and network support
  • Manage server, cloud, VoIP, mobile, and MDM support
  • Liaise with stakeholders and users to provide updates and scheduling information
  • Administer networks and systems
  • Build and configure systems
  • Provide onsite and remote support
  • Manage a mix of reactive and proactive work
  • Plan and execute projects
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in IT technical support
  • 3+ years of experience in Windows Server installation, configuration, and support
  • 3+ years of experience in networks and infrastructure
  • 3+ years of experience in Active Directory support
  • Excellent technical aptitude and communication skills
  • Ability to form and maintain relationships with staff of all levels
  • Understanding of processes and procedures
  • Starter/finisher mentality and continuous self-improvement
  • Excellent time management and scheduling skills
