We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to join our team at White Label Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive procurement strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a procurement strategy that aligns with our business objectives and ensures the timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
- Lead and manage the procurement team, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of procurement activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and agreements that meet our business needs.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce costs, improve quality, and enhance supplier performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of procurement activities with other business functions.
- Develop and maintain procurement policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide regular reporting and analysis to senior management on procurement performance and trends.
- Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in an engineering or manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- CIPS qualification or significant supply chain management experience is highly desirable.
