Position Overview:
As a Commercial Vehicle Sales Specialist, you will play a vital role in representing our sales team with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales of light commercial vehicles, including associated financing and accessories.
  • Collaborate with partner sites to meet both personal and collective sales objectives.
  • Manage incoming leads from various channels (online, phone, email, in-person).
  • Conduct follow-up calls for predictive marketing while adhering to GDPR regulations.
  • Perform follow-ups on deferred work from Visual Health Checks.
  • Engage with customers regarding retention and contract maturation for both finance and service.
  • Schedule test drives for potential buyers.
  • Promote all connectivity options available with vehicles.
  • Capture and showcase images/videos of used vehicles, emphasizing their features and benefits.
  • Deliver online and in-person sales presentations, providing detailed information and guidance on commercial vehicles, equipment, and accessories.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to effectively promote vehicles and enhance brand visibility.
  • Finalize sales contracts, making necessary adjustments, and oversee the order processing workflow.
  • Proactively understand your sales territory, ensuring follow-up on all contacts and maintaining an updated customer database.
  • Continuously enhance product knowledge, staying informed about our brand and competitor offerings.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to all inquiries, offering insights on vehicles, equipment, pricing, and specifications.
  • Analyze online advertisement performance and recommend updates to increase visibility and inquiries.
  • Manage live chat interactions on our websites as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Finance & Insurance team to present appealing weekly/monthly pricing options.
  • Meet or exceed individual sales targets consistently.
  • Stay informed about competitor offerings, including promotional activities and products.
  • Coordinate with customers to schedule vehicle handovers, ensuring a smooth transition and introduction to the vehicle.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Commercial Vehicle Sales Specialist position will have completed sales training in the light commercial vehicle sector and possess relevant direct experience, including:
  • Proven experience in commercial vehicle sales.
  • Familiarity with online platforms for advertising used commercial vehicles, such as Autotrader and eBay.
  • A track record of delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and logically while demonstrating reliability and integrity.
  • Understanding of fundamental sales processes from prospecting to closing deals.

Proficient IT skills are essential, with the ability to navigate both internet systems and Microsoft Windows applications.
