We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our Claims Governance Team at Acorn Insurance. As a Customer Service/Claims Call Auditor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our claims process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough and accurate reviews of customer contacts, calls, webchats, administration, and business processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness, and implement changes to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Claims Audit Lead and Claims Auditor to provide insight and support in a collaborative and effective manner.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Analyze data to identify root causes of issues and develop recommendations for improvement.
