You will also represent the Trust at various procurement meetings on local, regional, and national levels, working closely with the Regional Pharmacy Procurement Specialist, the Pharmacy team at the East of England Collaborative Procurement Hub, and colleagues at Eastern Region PrescQIPP.

A significant aspect of your role will involve collaborating with the Trust's Medicines Supply Officer to secure suitable alternative products during stock shortages. Additionally, you will manage the procurement and supply of unlicensed medicines within the Trust, working alongside representatives from the Trust's Drugs and Therapeutics Committee to ensure appropriate procurement practices.
