Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at PIVT Group Ltd.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing HR support to our sites in the North region, including Knottingley, Wrexham, and Skelmersdale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries for the sites in your Node.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with site managers and employees to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
  • Provide guidance and support on HR policies and procedures, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to HR.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
