We are seeking an experienced Interim HR Advisor to join our team at Michael Page HR. As a key member of our HR team, you will provide generalist HR support to our clients in the green energy sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance and support on a wide range of human resources matters, including employee relations, recruitment, and benefits administration.
- Manage the new starter process, including onboarding and pre-employment checks.
- Coordinate and monitor the completion of HR administrative tasks, such as payroll and HRIS system maintenance.
- Deliver an engaging and comprehensive onboarding program for new employees.
- Promote and administer company benefit schemes.
- Manage and process monthly payroll, liaising with external providers.
Requirements
- A generalist HR Advisory background, ideally within an industrial sector.
- Strong HR administration skills, including attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Confident communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with employees and management.
- Available to start a new role immediately or on very short notice.
What We Offer
- An hourly rate equivalent to £35-45,000 p/a, dependent on experience.
- An immediate start date.
- A potential temp-to-perm opportunity.
- A hybrid working arrangement, with 2-3 days on-site in a office location.
