ASB Coordinator Apprentice

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an ASB Coordinator Apprentice. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable work experience and develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.
As an ASB Coordinator Apprentice, you will provide administrative support to the Anti-Social Behaviour Unit, assisting with daily enquiries and the efficient processing of new case referrals. You will also assist in producing reports to be presented to senior management and stakeholders, and lead on the compilation and recording of customer feedback following case closure.
This is a 2-year long opportunity to build on your organisational, investigative and communication skills, and apply your 'can-do' attitude whilst working towards an Anti-Social Behaviour and Community Safety Level 4 qualification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Anti-Social Behaviour Unit
- Assist in producing reports to be presented to senior management and stakeholders
- Lead on the compilation and recording of customer feedback following case closure
- Work towards an Anti-Social Behaviour and Community Safety Level 4 qualification
Requirements:
- Be a Hammersmith & Fulham resident or care leaver aged 16+
- Have lived in the UK for the past 3 years
- Not currently be qualified in ASB and Community Safety Level 4 or above
- Currently not undertaking any other formal form of study
