About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Anti-Social Behaviour Unit as an ASB Coordinator Apprentice. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable work experience and develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

As an ASB Coordinator Apprentice, you will provide administrative support to the ASB Unit, assisting with daily enquiries, processing new case referrals, and producing reports for senior management and stakeholders. You will also have the opportunity to lead on the compilation and recording of customer feedback following case closure.

This is a 2-year apprenticeship that will provide you with the opportunity to gain a Level 4 qualification in Anti-Social Behaviour and Community Safety. You will work closely with our experienced team to develop your skills and knowledge, and you will have access to a comprehensive training and development program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the ASB Unit, including assisting with daily enquiries and processing new case referrals.
  • Produce reports for senior management and stakeholders, including customer feedback and case closure information.
  • Lead on the compilation and recording of customer feedback following case closure.
  • Work closely with the ASB Unit team to develop skills and knowledge, and to achieve team goals.

Requirements:

  • Be a Hammersmith & Fulham resident or care leaver aged 16+ who has lived in the UK.
  • Have lived in the UK for the past 3 years.
  • Not currently be qualified in ASB and Community Safety Level 4 or above.
  • Currently not undertaking any other formal form of study.
