About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HSSE Advisor to join our team at Gardline, a part of the Boskalis group of companies. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health, safety, and environmental well-being of our employees, contractors, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards
  • Provide training and coaching to employees on HSE-related subjects
  • Collaborate with the Head of SHEQ to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • NEBOSH certificate qualification
  • Proven experience in auditing HSSE systems and conducting incident investigations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
