Catering Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Catering Supervisor to join our team at Blue Arrow Ltd. As a Catering Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the catering operations in our prestigious establishment in the centre of Winchester.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role in either an events venue or hotel, with a strong background in fine dining set ups and team management. You will be required to work a mix of different shifts, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends, to cover events and functions.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising in the restaurant and at events and other functions
  • Hands-on in all catering areas
  • Setting up rooms and ensuring they are set up to the correct standard
  • Assisting the Events Manager in running the events and being customer-focused at all times
  • Dealing with customer queries and complaints
  • Additional admin tasks such as inventories
