Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team as a Sales and Maintenance Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and maintenance support to our clients in the Devon and Cornwall territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide field service and maintenance support for hand pallet trucks, including mechanical and electrical repairs
  • Cover the Devon and Cornwall patch, with flexible working hours to meet client needs
  • Upsell company services and equipment to clients, with a focus on repeat business and new sales opportunities
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a field service role, with a focus on sales and maintenance
  • Strong communication and up-selling skills, with a proven track record of success
  • Knowledge of manual handling, forklift, and lift equipment, with a focus on service and maintenance
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client sites
