We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor with a strong background in recruitment to join our HR team at our Central Support office in Fareham. This is a fixed-term contract for 6 months to cover maternity leave.

In this varied role, you will be actively engaged in the entire spectrum of HR responsibilities, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration. As the primary point of contact and lead for our company's recruitment efforts, you will be responsible for sourcing, selecting, and onboarding top talent.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent
  • Managing the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding
  • Providing guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment best practices
  • Collaborating with the HR team to develop and implement HR policies and procedures

As an HR Advisor with a strong recruitment background, you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. You will also have a strong understanding of employment law and regulations, as well as experience with HR systems and software.
