Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee system performance and address any technical challenges.
  • Work collaboratively with external vendors to achieve technical solutions and facilitate system enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • Expertise in managing vendor relationships, including contract negotiations and service level agreement (SLA) oversight.
  • Demonstrated experience in administering and supporting third-party vendor systems, including trading and risk management platforms.
  • Strong proficiency in Linux/Unix and Windows operating systems.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Microsoft Azure.
  • Experience with configuration management tools, primarily Ansible, as well as Puppet or Chef.
  • Proficient in scripting languages, including Python or PowerShell.
  • Solid understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with technical teams, traders, portfolio managers, and vendors.
