Job Title: Account Manager, Retail Vendor Recruitment

Amazon's Australia Retail team is seeking a highly driven Account Manager to develop and manage a strong opportunity pipeline at scale. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with key influencers and decision makers within the executive teams of prospective vendors/suppliers, as well as internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify, prospect, and recruit new suppliers to Amazon.com.au by explaining the benefits of a Retail relationship with Amazon.
  2. Provide business consulting services to new vendors, offering insights and advice to help them integrate their products onto Amazon's platform efficiently.
  3. Help new vendors master Amazon's tools and systems, ensuring they can be self-sufficient and integrate their products seamlessly.
  4. Improve business processes and make Amazon more effective in supporting vendors.
Requirements:

2+ years of account management, project or program management, or buying experience. Bachelor's degree. Experience using Excel and other business analytic tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with software and editing tools, including HTML, Excel, and SQL. Experience in online retail. Experience using analytical tools such as Google Analytics, SQL, or HTML.
