The ideal candidate will have experience in Sales & Marketing, Customer Service, Inbound Sales, Technical Sales, Sales Support, Marketing, or Quotations.


As a Marketing and Sales Coordinator, you will engage with customers through various communication channels including phone and email.

You will provide customers with essential product information (training will be provided), followed by delivering a verbal or written quotation.

After presenting the quote, you will either process payment for the products and coordinate dispatch through the warehouse or follow up with the customer to gauge interest in the quotation, including inquiries about pricing and availability.

This role is based in Southampton.


We are looking for someone who may have a connection to the maritime industry, perhaps a person with a passion for water activities, someone in a chandlery seeking advancement, or an individual involved in a maritime-related business performing similar tasks.

Key Responsibilities of the Marketing and Sales Coordinator:

(Sales):
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in-person when necessary.
- Collect accurate information to ensure precise quotations, ideally providing same-day responses.
- Ensure customer orders and deliveries are invoiced accurately.
- Update pricing information in the internal system as required.
- Follow up on sent quotations.

(Marketing):
- Attend trade exhibitions as needed.
- Visit distributors to enhance product displays for maximum visibility.
- Collaborate with the internal Marketing Team to promote products effectively.
- Demonstrate strong teamwork skills.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Valid Driving Licence.
- Full right to live and work in the UK is essential.
- Ability to travel and work in Southampton.
