Key Responsibilities- Drive revenue growth and expand the brand by closing new commercial opportunities.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, building relationships with existing partners and ensuring their expectations are met and exceeded.
- Develop strategic plans, secure funding, and prepare grant applications.
- Establish credibility with key stakeholders and academic partners, crafting project briefs and scoping documents.
- Negotiate with clients, working closely with the technical team to ensure successful project delivery and understanding their project requirements, regulatory processes, and timelines.
- Set sales objectives, forecast, and devise targeted marketing initiatives to attract potential clients from universities, investors, and the diagnostic industry.
- Enhance brand visibility through strategic marketing, including social media campaigns, PR activities, conferences, and networking events.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and research within the related field.
- Educated to PhD level in Biomedical Science or a similar subject.

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven track record of managing complex records and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willingsness to travel, both within the UK and internationally.
