Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Supporter Engagement team as a Supporter Engagement Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, working on key campaign projects, and utilizing their initiative and creativity to improve team processes and our Divisional offering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative assistance to the Supporter Engagement team, including data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence.
  • Work on key campaign projects, including research, planning, and execution.
  • Utilize initiative and creativity to identify opportunities to improve team processes and our Divisional offering.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Supporter Engagement to develop and implement strategies to maximize high-quality interactions with prospects, donors, senior volunteers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development of a comprehensive understanding of donor relations, development events, fundraising communications, and campaign projects.

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage a varied workload and produce high-quality work with competing deadlines.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering results.
