Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Philanthropy Executive to join our Income Generation Directorate at the MND Association. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in securing major donations and building meaningful relationships with our supporters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to secure major gifts from individuals, trusts, and foundations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our major donors, ensuring excellent stewardship and recognition of their support.
  • Collaborate with our fundraising team to identify and pursue new opportunities for major giving.
  • Provide exceptional donor care, ensuring that our supporters feel valued and appreciated.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of securing major gifts and building successful relationships with donors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective plans.
  • Knowledge of the charity sector and fundraising best practices.
