Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and grow the residential sales business.
- Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Marketing and Promotion: Oversee the marketing of properties and develop effective promotional strategies to attract new customers.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze sales performance across the office, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Networking and Partnerships: Establish and maintain relationships with agents, developers, and other industry professionals to identify new business opportunities.
- Staff Recruitment and Training: Manage the recruitment and training of sales staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all members of staff deliver excellent customer service at all times, meeting the high standards expected by Collins Property Recruitment.
Requirements:
- Proven Track Record: A proven track record in selling residential properties and managing sales teams.
