About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Advanced Healthcare Assistant to join our Community Nursing Team in Maidstone.

As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality care to patients in their homes and in residential care settings, working closely with local nursing teams to deliver personalized care plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide care to patients in their homes and in residential care settings, adhering to care plans and Trust policies.
  • Work collaboratively with the community nursing team to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Monitor the quality of care provided and provide feedback to managers.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant level 3 qualification (NVQ/ QCF Diploma or certificate of care / Advanced apprenticeship) or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Healthcare Assistant/ Worker in a health or social care setting.
  • Experience of working as part of a team and using Microsoft Office and a variety of IT packages.
