We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Health Care Assistants to join our team at All Care (GB) Ltd. in Lewes and surrounding areas.

About the Role

As a Health Care Assistant, you will provide personal care, build relationships, and make a significant impact on the lives of vulnerable and elderly clients in their own home environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with personal care, including washing, toileting, and dressing
  • Administer medication as required
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks
  • Provide companionship and support to access the community
  • Observe, monitor, and record client needs

Requirements

We are looking for Health Care Assistants who are:

  • Caring, kind, reliable, patient, and compassionate
  • 100% committed to helping improve the quality of life of vulnerable people
  • Authorised to work in the UK (unfortunately, we cannot provide sponsorship)
Shifts and Availability

We offer flexible working hours, including:

  • Flexible working hours
  • Must be available either every other weekend, every Saturday, or every Sunday
  • Must give availability for at least one evening shift a week up until 10pm
