We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team of Health Care Assistants at All Care (GB) Ltd. in Lewes and surrounding areas.
About the RoleAs a Health Care Assistant, you will provide personal care, build relationships, and make a significant impact on the lives of vulnerable and elderly clients in their own home environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assist clients with personal care, including washing, toileting, and dressing
- Administer medication as required
- Perform light housekeeping tasks
- Provide companionship and support to access the community
- Observe, monitor, and record client needs
- Competitive hourly rates: £11.00 weekdays, £12.00 weekends, and extra on bank holidays
- 0.40p per mile between care calls for drivers
- £60 towards Car MOT
- Free one-month bus pass
- Excellent training for the Care Certificate and ongoing professional development in Health and Social Care, fully funded from Level 2 to Level 5 management
- 28 days annual leave (pro rata)
